PNRR programme — LEA and LEMA locomotives
SCRL Brașov is taking part in railway rolling stock modernization through Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), funded by the European Union. The project covers rehabilitation and modernization of LEA and LEMA electric locomotives to improve reliability, energy efficiency and compliance with European standards.
